Introduction

Generates significant learning in students is the objective of education in the twenty-first century, so teaching practice plays an essential role in this process, we must promote preparation of excellence in teacher training which seek to generate new methods and strategies for effective teaching all students.

From this perspective, effective teaching has undoubtedly been one of the mainstays in improving teaching practice; studies like (Hook, 2006) indicate some principles of effective teaching by teachers for all students:
•Supportive climate and learning environment
• Frequent opportunities for instruction with students actively engaged in learning
• Instruction, learning tasks and assessment ensure student achievement
• Presentation of new knowledge linked to known, focus on background knowledge, and review of learned / mastered skills and knowledge
•The learning is significant and relevant to the needs of students
• Immediate, constructive and specific feedback is provided

As can demonstrate effective teaching is focused on teaching practice to improve the performance of all students, with respect to that subject there are several evidences studies and examples which show how effective this practice, I personally believe that to achieve this practice , the teacher should promote a linear education where the student builds trust with the teacher being a friend and partner more in the EA process.
