Definitions

There are several definitions of effective teaching (Martinez, 2015) mentions: "The action of the teacher getting a comprehensive and lasting development of each and every one of his students over what would be expected given their previous performance and the social, economic and cultural situation of families". p.33

On the other hand (Murillo, Matinez, & Hernandez, 2011) They mention that effective teaching is where it is achieved that each and every student learn the same way, without taking into account the difficulties these present, allowing contribute to improving social justice.


(Ferrando, 2014 ) He mentioned that effective teaching is focused on teachers to improve their teaching practice, for this is important knowledge skills, commitment and motivation that provides the student to promote effective teaching.
